We are attempting to engineer a machine that is revolutionary to the coffee industry. Much like any pioneering act, there are details to iron out as we progress to completion. We could have gone with a sorting machine that already exists in the marketplace but they are both expensive and inaccurate enough to fall short of our strict quality standards. Hello lovers of great coffee! The Purissimo team is taking some time of during the holidays to spend with our families. Hopefully you already got your orders in and will be enjoying some Purissimo coffee with your loved ones as well. December 19th is the last day to place an order for Christmas delivery. Any orders placed between December 20th - 30th will be fulfilled once we're back up and running. We'll begin roasting again on Dec 31st.
